Khloe Kardashian seems to be more comfortable with her relationship with Cleveland Cavaliers big man Tristan Thompson, as she gave an interview in which she stated that she would accept a marriage proposal from Thompson if he is ready to commit. Kardashian says that she has “never been in this type of love” and that she hopes to have a family. She noted that Thompson has experience taking care of children, referring to his son from a previous relationship. She was also careful to not give off the impression that she was rushing Thompson into engagement, saying “I don’t put the pressure on it. It’s not like, ‘the clock is ticking.’ I feel in my soul it will happen.”
The couple met in August 2016 after being set up by a mutual friend, rumored to be Brandon Jennings, currently a Washington Wizard, but at the time a member of the New York Knicks. Once Kardashian’s divorce from former NBA player Lamar Odom became official last year, Kardashian and Thompson’s relationship quickly strengthened. In February, Kardashian discussed how she was spending more time with Thompson and gaining an appreciation for the “normal” life she could lead in Thompson’s current work locale of Cleveland. “I love the four seasons. I love that it snows. I spent Christmas there and it was snow. I’m not used to that. I’m born and raised in California, so everyone thinks I’m crazy for loving the snow,” she told The Talk.
More recently, Kardashian has posted pictures of she and her sisters visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the I-X Indoor Amusement Park and the house from A Christmas Story, all popular Cleveland tourist attractions. Meanwhile, Thompson has been injured for a couple of games, but did play in the Cavaliers’ final game of the regular season against the Toronto Raptors.
